The night manager, Jon, was very pleasant and even offered to give me the missing item if I were to return this week. I went in today to remind Jon and he remembered exactly who I was from the phone call and promptly handled the situation, he even called me by name. He was very professional so professional that some of the co-workers there stopped to look at his professionalism. This is is best I have ever been treated at this location and we will return.
