  It's the real deal! Great homestyle cooking, done with finesse. The crab cakes are sublime as is the ribeye Benedict. Always force myself to eat slower, just to make it last.By far the best restaurant in town and feels like eating with family!

  We had reservations for a weeknight. We arrived at our reservation time of 6 p.m. and were seated in front of an extremely drafty window at a tiny table. Of course, we did have the window sill to use!! It was 20 degrees outside and we nearly froze throughout our entire meal having to eat with our heavy winter coats on. The server noticed the terrible draft and asked if we would like to move to another table, we said yes, and he told us there were no other tables available, they were all being held for people with reservations (just like us!?!?) The food was great, however, we rushed through our meal so we could get back to the car to get warm. There is not excuse for this type of treatment in a restaurant of this caliber. Maybe they will earn enough to get their windows fixed.

  Meeting our family in Winston for a Christmas dinner. First time at Ryan's. Place was packed. But it was 100% wonderful. Service was excellent. Ambience was great. Food was excellent. Had she crab soup and prime rib ( on Friday and Saturdays only). Wine selection was superb. Look forward to many happy returns.
