- 1 / 5By joann speaksNot only was the food wrong but the customer service was horrible. I ordered for 9 people and a few items was wrong. When I called Goody's back to inform them of the problem. The male representative ( I believe manager) argued with me and told me that I was wrong. I ended up having to reimburse some people their money back to compensate the mistakes. I informed the representative while he was continuously arguing with me that I was going to have to reimburse the people back for the wrong orders but I will never order from them again. His reply was "well don't". What a way to treat frequent customers that places large orders every time they order. What a way to treat customers period.June 16, 2016
