  We went into this location for lunch as we normally do. We were seated promptly and had our drinks in a fair amount of time. Everything else went downhill from there. The icing on the cake was when I had to walk to the front to ask for more drinks for two of us. 3 or more employees walked past me, holding the empty glasses, and never said a word. There was a disgruntled customer at the bar already. I finally asked the last employee to get the manager. By then our waitress had walked up and refilled the drinks. I went back to the table to wait for the manager. 5 minutes or more passed before he came out. He spoke with our waitress (who is normally amazing but seemed to be having an off day cleaning up for all of the others) and went back in the back. A few minutes later the manager, Gilbert, came out with a very rude, sarcastic attitude and asked "What I wanted him to do about it". I quickly realized why our waitress who was normally very nice and attentive seemed to be miserable. Gilbert has no place in customer service AT ALL! Stunned by his attitude, I asked him to simply remake the two to-go orders that had came out with our dine-in meals that were now cold. At this point we had been there over an hour. It took another 30 minutes to get the food, our bills, pay and get out of there. We won't be back for a LONG time.
  
  My husband and I visited another location the next night for dinner. MUCH better service and MUCH better food! OH and I am sure that the owner would have replied to my concerns had there been any. I emailed corporate the same day this happened and have yet to hear from anyone. It's been 10 days!
  
  As of 1/20/17- I have YET to hear from corporate regarding the complaint I made. Poor service followed by even worse customer service from the top!

  Volcano wings are awesomely hot! And the buffalo chicken sandwich was great. Ashley out server was awesome and on top of everything

  Busy place, service is fine for a bar. Great tasting wings. Usally quick to get food.
